Mack McIntosh has worked Texas pecans since 1989, and McIntosh Pecan is still a family business. You’ll see familiar faces behind the counter, working in the back and packing orders. We buy pecans, crack them, package and ship them, and we make a few things that barely survive the ride home once the bag gets opened. We never got so big or polished that we forgot where we came from.
